   I’ve been to Avli before and had a great time. But Easter brunch was awful. The mimosas didn’t taste right, the food was bland, and the service wasn’t great. I waited 15 minutes to speak to a server once I was seated. The host was rude and tried to seat me inside when I reserved a table outside. And then she tried to gaslight me by saying I was wrong so I had to show her my reservation for a table outside. I’ve used OpenTable as a host before, the app doesn’t make mistakes. Also, there was a server that was constantly carrying large trays of food right over our heads as if we weren’t there. The service was poor as well as the food. Our waitress was nice but she did not come to our table as much as the table next to ours. The party next to us arrived later than us but she was much more attentive to them than us. Do better.

   We had great food and service. The hummus, saganaki, and shrimp in phyllo were incredible!

   Very loud! Servers are all very friendly and knowledgeable about Greek food. Food came out very fast and was so delicious. Great for groups that like to share.

    We used to love this place. But they changed the menu and for example they now have cherry tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes in the Greek salad. The chicken kabobs used to come with rice. Now it comes with pita. Just not the same .
