Owner Dimitris Nakos has created a charming setting with an atmosphere that's ideal for relaxing and enjoying a good meal alone or with a date. Guests can begin their dining experience with grape leaves stuffed with rice and dill, grilled tiger shrimp or roasted lamb riblets with an oregano-lemon sauce at Avaton Estiatorio. An entrée of red snapper with wild greens, seared salmon or marinated chicken with a carrot purée will fulfill the appetite. This restaurant also offers fresh salads and tasty desserts. Avaton Estiatorio features brunch and a lunch with a prix fix menu. It has a full bar that offers libations like wine and cocktails. This is a very good place for any occasion. It's a beautiful ambiance with a very good menu. I had a wonderful time and I will be back soon.

Great fish selection sitting on ice at their fish display right before entering the beautiful dining room. Space is absolutely gorgeous. Our server was very attentive and his recommendations hit the spot..

The food and service was excellent. Only problems is that on that particular night, there was a delay in the kitchen getting out the food and the tables were really close together making getting bumped into unavoidable.

The worst experience that I have ever had at a resturaunt. Reserved a table for resturaunt week, ordered food and NOTHING came out for an hour and 45 mins. Waitress was unapologetic and unaccomidating. Only positive was decor and free bread/olives. We left and received no apology from the hostess nor manager. Never coming back!

We had a nice dinner at Avaton Estiatorio during restaurant week. Two of us had the grilled Octopus, I really liked it, my guest was not as impressed. The décor is nice, but a bit too modern, expected more of a Greek old school style. The lamb chops and sole were quite good.
