   We easily got a reservation, but upon arriving at the virtually empty restaurant, we waited for what felt like five minutes or more at the host station before being acknowledged. We felt as though our presence was not very welcome, and we thought of departing when we’re finally then showed to a table of our choosing of which most were not set up or still covered with plates. Our appetizer and our main courses were both served virtually cold as if they had been sitting in the window waiting for someone to deliver them, which is how we felt while waiting for them to be delivered. The bartender/waitress was accommodating, but appeared to be annoyed with our request to correct some of the issues.  Our friend had recommended the harmony location to us because it was less busy than the old town location. Because of this recommendation we had been here to harmony location before and had a similar experience to the current one. We thought we would give it another try and once again we were pretty dissatisfied. Fool me once that’s on you fool me twice that’s on me. Hopefully they can improve the experience and get the logistics worked out. 🤷🏻‍♂️

   As always, good food and attentive service. One of my favorite restaurants for lunch or dinner.

   Everything was wonderful the waiter and host excellent. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the ribs appetizer. Love the happy hour, patio etc we will be back!

   Salmon with bbq was delicious. I especially liked the way they prepared the winter vegetables. Husband had the quarter chicken and enjoyed it. Coleslaw was creamy but could have used a bit more sweetness. Same with the classic mojito that he had. Too sour!

   First time dining at Austins celebrating our son’s birthday. The front host was very welcoming and Grace who was our waitstaff was wonderful and super attentive! Would definitely recommend and return!

   Waiter was very attentive and personable; but it took too long to get our food, which I assume is the kitchen. When we got the food it was very good and very large portions.

    The food was good. Drink was great. Unfortunately a big family was sitting next to me and thought they were at a football game. Very loud. Service was good as well.
