Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

Everything about the Pasta Experience was wonderful. The class was fun and informative . The ambiance was great and the meal was excellent. Can’t wait to bring more friends with us to experience such a fun night!!!

Pasta class was very educational and so much fun! The food was amazing and so delicious! We had and loveddd the honey hot barata, calamari, chicken parm with pasta and meat lasagna was delightful.

The pasta class was a great experience and definitely worth the value! The instructor was really knowledgeable and helpful. Only thing I wished was different was just slightly slower pacing. I felt like we moved through quite a bit very quickly and I felt like I was falling behind a bit. Nonetheless, this was really the only critique I had as this was so much fun. Afterwards we were treated to a three course meal all of our choosing that we selected before the class started. I got the potato gnocchi with carbonara sauce and it was delicious. I thought the sauce was alittle too salty but the sweetness of the gnocchi really balanced it out. Overall, definitely recommend. Good for small friends groups, dates, and I'm sure it would be a good solo activity if you just wanted to learn how to make pasta.
