   Unbelievable over the top experience most expensive meal but worth the experience and value. Staff was out matched to any other in its class

   Absolutely perfect dining experience. Should get more Michelin stars. It is very expensive so save for a special occasion.

   The food, the service, the ambiance, were all fantastic. The expense was well worth the overall experience which made for a wonderful Mother’s Day for my wife. The wine/food pairing and creativity of the chef and sommelier were unmatched.

   This is the best meal and wine pairing we have ever experienced. It was an absolutely exquisite meal prepared and served fantastically.

   The food was delicious, the service was friendly and timely. My only feedback would be with the seating. We were seated in the Lobby next to the bar. It felt like we were pushed to the side and squeezed in. It is possible that it was because we were a pair, and they do not seat 2 in the dining room. But, to get the whole experience, I would have preferred to have been seated in the dining room, and not next to the patrons at the bar.

   One of a kind experience! A friend recommended Aubergine as the best meal of her life so I had to try it while in Carmel. Every course was a work of art. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and made each course feel special. It was a very unique experience for our anniversary dinner!

    Sitting next to the front door was cold. Every hotel guest walked through and ruined the experience I was had been waiting a long time to have. I truly wish the staff would have acknowledged this; especially paying a grand for 2 people. Never again.
