   We showed up with a reservation after Liberty Bowl They didn't have it but did get us seated. It was a busy night at hotel, but not in Atrium. The food took forever (over an hour for sandwiches and salads) and we were told they had one cook. Bad bad staffing for what was to be a busy night and it got busier as we were there. Waiter was great, but again...horrible planning and service and same on casino floor. Very understaffed.

   Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed by the seating hostess that the Atrium actually did not have a reservation system. To say the least, I was quite surprised since I had received a confirmation number from OpenTable. However, the manager quickly stepped in and seated us at a very good table in the "quieter" section of the restaurant. Our next surprise was the 10-12 minute wait before even being acknowledged by the serving staff. Fortunately, Omar noticed our growing impatience and quickly took our food and drink orders. The rest of the evening was uneventful , with the food arriving promptly and in good order. The food itself was delicious - and Omar was especially attentive and cordial. The food was pricey, but not unexpected for a casino restaurant. Overall, both the manager and Omar can be thanked for turning a potential disaster into a pleasant evening at the Atrium.

   This restaurant was outstanding! From the atmosphere to the variety of the menu to the EXCELLENT STAFF ESPECIALLY MY WAITRESS! I made my reservation through Opentable, when we arrived the young lady at the register could not fiqure how to check us in for our reservation, thus enabling me to receive my Opentable points... She tried and tried even calling her manager who didn't know how to do it either and finally after taking some time while we dined, she fiqured it out, confirmed our checkin and came to our table to let me know...#GreatCustomerService Our Waitress...SUPER OUTSTANDING!!! I really wish I remembered her name however I can say she went over and beyond to make sure me and my party were completely satisfied with our meals even as going as far as voluteering to warm my leftovers the following day as the portion sizes are huge!!! #OutstandingWaitressIncrease
