   I choose Artesano to celebrate my wife’s birthday, I cannot be more happy with the excellence of this team. Soon as we arrive at the restaurant, a very friendly staff member welcomed us and offered us to take care of our coats and jackets. We were guided to our own table and Kevin (operations) give to us a very detailed description of the Artesano experience. OMG , first round of appetizers: Ceviche , grilled Octopus and Scallops,I cannot describe the feeling of excitement and satisfaction caused by this delicious food, Ceviche was on point , fresh fish and a cold plate holding the temperature to have a perfect balance in the leche de Tigre. The octopus ? Butter in the mouth, perfectly cooked and seasoned with aji panca sauce. The Scallops. ? Mind blowing! Perfectly cooked and seared, a crust of cheese on the top creating a crunchy texture that mixed perfectly together with the softness of the scallops. Let’s go with the drinks , my wife asked for the Chicha Morada Sour , perfect amount of Pisco and levels of acidity and sweetness, great cocktail. I chose the Buenazo cocktail, unbelievably delicious, perfect ! For main course: lomo saltado - Duck chiclayano style and the Jalea …master piece!Every single dish was perfectly executed, I meant a high quality and technically perfect! My duck was cooked perfect medium rare the rice with the cilantro sauce , omg almost to tears , makes me feel back in my home town waiting for my grandma to serve me some arroz con pato…. Ridiculously delicious. The jalea execution was amazing, tempura technique with a great tartar sauce, I mean the best I tried in my life. The lomo saltado ? Sirloin pieces soft like butter, white rice with corn exquisite, my daughter loves it! Overall one of the best culinary experience we’ve had in a while! I cannot forget to say, because of my wife’s birthday, they share with us a menu with her name printed on the top , a round of champagne and a beautiful dessert call The Potato , thank you Artesano!

   El sabor del lomo saltado ha bajado mucho mis espectativas . Hace 1 año visitamos Artesano y nos fue increíble . Hoy la comida nos pareció muy regular y cara ! Faltó el tradicional suspiro limeño en la carta de postres .

   Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. En Artesano nos enfocamos en ofrecer nuevas experiencias cada temporada, por lo que constantemente renovamos nuestro menú. Esto incluye cambiar algunos platos y agregar opciones nuevas, como fue el caso del suspiro limeño, que no estaba disponible esta vez, pero se reemplazó con cuatro nuevas opciones. Además, el 19 de marzo lanzamos nuestro menú de primavera, con nuevos sabores, texturas y colores que, estamos seguros, te encantarán.    Excellent experience! I was there Friday, for the first time to celebrate my dear friend, and came back on Sunday with my daughter, she loved it. The food is AMAZING! Im planning to go back again with my son and husband; the 4 of us soon.

   I was informed by Artesano staff they stopped serving lunch ‘about two weeks ago’ after me and my three clients arrived at the restaurant. Surprise!! So they continued to book reservations despite discontinuing lunch service. I even received an email from the Artesano asking me to confirm the reservation the day before!! So, me and my three clients scrambled for a find a place and I’m happy to say I’ll Giglio Tribeca on Greenwich was excellent. No thanks Artesano and never again.

   Thanks Dom for your feedback. We made the strategic decision to temporarily close lunch service as we focus on enhancing the dinner experience. However, we plan to reopen lunch in about two weeks under a new concept, Artesano Café. The menu will be different, offering lighter options like salads, healthy dishes, and juices, all inspired by Peruvian cuisine. We understand the confusion and are taking steps to improve communication moving forward. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to welcome you back soon.

   The restaurant is oddly configured A lot of the seating is close to the entrance and near the maitre’s desk.

   WOW!! Artesano is love letter to Peru on every dish they served us. The food is an explosion for your senses, the service is impeccable and the attention to detail is one of the best we have received. I have to mentioned Santiago the bartender, not only he is a great mixologist but also very kind and attentive. To our server Juan who made our meal the more special with his attention to detail. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

   We felt so welcome, so cozy, the vibes were amazing, the food so delicious ! The service outstanding, and got so spoiled with sweet desserts. Thank you so much , the manager, the waitress we Love them, we are going back again for Valentine’s Day 💞 thank you for everything ❤️

   A modern intpretation of Peruvian cuisine I was so very happy to return to! After visiting this restaurant as a guest for a professional function and enjoying I wanted to return with a friend and I was happy to discover some new dishes as well as a couple of standouts from before. So much care into presentation was made that was also matched in taste. Service was excellent and personable. I would highly recommend Artesano for anyone looking for a curated experience in dining.
