   Was very excited about this restaurant, and when we walked in we were so happy with the decor and layout. Service was exemplary. Food was delicious! We were there for Restaurant Week and everything was delicious including the specialty cocktails! However, when the check came we were shocked! Going out at least 3-5 times a week throughout the city this was a first for us. Palate charged automatic gratuity for 2 persons. Then they charged 4% for credit cards. THEN they charged tax on top of all of that! This was so unexpected and not mentioned anywhere in their menus or paperwork. We asked the staff, they stated this was their standard practice and standard in the industry, not sure what industry they're referring to but never seen that. Sadly, will not return to this restaurant as felt this was overcharging at it's worst and inappropriate to do this with no notice, no other restaurant we've been to charges this way.

   Went during Restaurant Week and it was great. The selction was excellent and very tasty. They have a good menu normally and great service. You can park in the garage. Just go down the alley and pull in BUT you must go into Art Houz to be legal. Had good movie playing also in theater.

   Went for restaurant week -- place was empty -- an hour after we arrived, three other tables were taken. Food was decent -- desert was disappointing. Bread pudding tasted like dough, cheesecake needed more flavor. Had the steak and it has too much fat! Onion soup was very tasty. They add on a service charge if you pay by credit card! Should have put the charge into the food prices -- I find it offensive to pay a service fee for using a credit card. Might try it again for happy hour.

   I like this place one thing they do is value customer service to a T!! Great employees they have here .

   Went before and event, the shrimp cakes had terrible flavor and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. blue cheese burger was lacking excitement. Could barely see the shrimp in the shrimp tacos.

   Open door is taking table Reservations for this place during the weekend but they shouldn’t be because it isn’t a normal restaurant during the weekend. It is rented out and treated more like a day party and there is a $10 cover charge just to go in and sit down. This should definitely be fixed on open door or mentioned somewhere when you make a reservation. Also the mimosas are very small and over priced. The bottle of “champagne” was literally a twist off top (very cheap) and they charged $50, pretty disappointing! The food was good though.

   it was a bit overpriced women have to pay $10 on Sundays the mimosas were not bottomless so you have to buy a bottle that dont even get you buzzed and there were more drinks that was added to our bill that we thought were free . won't be back , the food was good tho

   Went on a Saturday for brunch so it was slow. Was told that Sunday is the turn up. Service was excellent!

    Jason the bartender was fantastic!!! Excellent customer service friendly recommended food and drinks options!!! Made the experience amazing we had a party of 7 he had conversation with with everyone made sure our drinks stayed full definitely will be back!!!
