Welcome to Aroma Latin American Cocina, your local gateway to the rich flavors and vibrant traditions of Latin America. Aroma was founded in November 2021 by Steve Kestler, who envisioned a place where community and culture come together over great food.

Our menu is a heartfelt tribute to the diverse culinary landscapes of Latin America, crafted with a touch of creative flair. Executive Chef Steve Kestler, drawing on his Guatemalan heritage and professional experiences, brings a unique perspective to his dishes.

The thoughtful beverage program complements the dining experience. Enjoy a rotating selection of handmade agua frescas, and explore our unique wine and beer options that include picks from renowned regions in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and beyond.

Chef Kestler’s dedication and innovative approach to Latin American cuisine have placed him as a nominee for the 2024 James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: Southwest award, highlighting his commitment to culinary excellence.

My wife and I came in for dinner this time vs. lunch. Again, Aroma Latin Cocina didn't disappoint. Food was great, service was great, all in all no complaints. Will definitely be back.

The food was amazing, all were a magical combination of flavors. We ordered the ceviche and crab as appetizers and the mole as main dish.

Had the prix fixe valentine's day menu. Everything was excellent. The hummus tostada stands out because it had so much flavor for a small bite. The mole on the short ribs was very interesting. Will definitely come back!
