   Me llevé una experiencia increíble, fui un día entre semana y creo que por ello tuvimos disponibilidad de mesa con vista al acuario y un servicio excelente y rápido, la comida estaba muy deliciosa la pasta cajun 10/10 y la decoración es hermosa.

   This was our first time in Denver and our first time at the Aquarium restaurant. Our two daughters absolutely loved seeing the fish.

   It was over 10 years ago since our last Easter buffet experience at the Denver Aquarium. A lot has changed since the time they had swimming mermaids. We expected the food and service to be better. But, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with young, unfriendly, rude front desk hosts who didn’t smile. We expected a variety of seafood, but all they had was shrimp. The beef was hard and chewy; the chicken, dry and flavorless. Except for some carrot cake, brownies, mouse and chocolate chip cookies, the dessert table was scarce and not the quality nor variety that they used to offer. We looked forward to some chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate bunnies that we saw when we first entered the restaurant. But, they said they ran out. For a table of 5, they pre-populated our check with an 18% gratuity, so it was a good thing we noticed or we might have doubled up.

   Very fun for the kids and impressive buffet selection. You could tell they had experienced banquet chefs and staff!

   It felt like amateur hour. They couldn't figure out how to make waffles that wouldn't stick and fall apart to the iron. The hosts were rude, and just the most unfriendly people I've ever seen working in a restaurant who were constantly frowning and looked like they hated their jobs. We had to ask for ketchup for the tattered tots. There were too many tables packed into a small space. The desserts were at the opposite end of the dining hall, and there was barely any space to walk back and forth. The jazz music was terrible and too loud. You have to walk through the gift shop to get to the entrance. The food was just OK... not bad, and not great. The waitress took too long to get our drink order, and forgot one... a glass of milk. There was no drink or coffee station to get our own drinks. None of our plates were bussed until we had paid and left. The gratuity was automatically included... who were we tipping? We got all our food ourselves. It was over $200 for two adults and three kids. The whole place smelled strongly of fish (i know it's an aquarium, but I wasn't expecting the restaurant to smell like low tide). The Easter Egg Hunt was cute, but there really weren't enough eggs for all the kids to find equal amounts. The kids had to funnel in singlefile. The first kids in line found a lot, but the unlucky kids in the back barely found any. There were lots of little white picket fence decorations that I watch kids trip over and fall on. The cheap plastic eggs the kids found had tootsie rolls and junk toys inside. Everything about this Easter Brunch felt like it was organized and run by people who just didn't care about the customer, and/or had no idea what they were doing. The experience just wasn't that good, and now we know. We would not recommend this brunch to anyone, and definitely would not consider going again.

    I never write reviews but this was one of the top 10 worst experiences ive had at a restaurant. From going to check in the histess must have had a bad day, or is just beyond rude. Sat down and no waited came to the table for 20min to even ask what we wanted to drink. Then 20 min to get the drinks and order food took 50 min to get our food. My chicken was cooked like runner but by this time i didn't want to wait any longer for food. Was at the restaurant for a 1hr and 45 min but the waiter was sure quick to bring the check. Restaurant was not busy plenty of empty tables. Will not be going to the restaurant again. It was my family's first and last. Came for a birthday dinner and didn't even get the birthday cupcake till after the check. Whole staff/process need retraining or revamped.
