Apulia is designed to offer a unique experience that combines both high-quality and authentic Apulian cuisine with a casual, energized atmosphere.

While Apulia’s pizza is the staple of our menu, our Master Chef, Franco Curci, is focusing closely on bringing elements of Italian seafood that have yet to be illuminated in American culture. Particularly the use of raw, organic, and wild fish. All of our fish is Grade 1 quality and delivered daily.

Apulia is, and always will be, a place for families, couples, and friends as the purpose of its design is to allow for genuine interaction between whomever sits at your table. We are extremely happy, humbled and motivated to be in Hoboken. We look forward to earning every one of our customer’s trust, respect and business.

Overall one of my favorite restaurants. Hoboken is so fortunate to have Apulia in it's backyard. I am so jealous I don't live closer.

Best pizza in Hoboken for sure. Appetizers are delicious. Our go to pizza is Murgese, with cotto ham, cheese, mushrooms and truffle cheese. From heaven! The staff is super nice! We love to go to Apulia. Ah, and try the Nutella Calzone, the best!

We sat down at 6:30. We ordered by 6:45. Food arrived, not in the order which it was supposed to, from 7:00-7:15. We were asked to leave at 7:35. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Unprofessional and rude. Next time I want excellent pizza and pasta I’ll go to Panello’s.
