Après Burger Bistro is a trendy full-service restaurant steps from the ski slopes in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on the corner of Après Ski Way and Village Drive.

It was SO loud that we couldn’t even hear each other- the sound quality in the restaurant was horrible and they should do something about buffering the intensity of noise on busy nights - so unenjoyable for a night out with my family

Service was great, burgers were so big the 4 of us split 2 of them and added a salad for the table and a dessert. Cute environment, nice and casual, would go back!

Great burgers and accommodating staff. Enjoy dining here when in town. Highly recommend this restaurant! Only downside is that parking is limited. It’s a quick walk from the ski hill parking lot if you don’t want to battle for a parking spot.
