If you are looking to eat the food that looks nice but tastes horrible - that’s the place to go! Mushrooms were literally soaked in oil, cold mashed potatoes and cold salmon. No waiter to take care of any of this issues and then when finally we were able to find the manager - he just warmed up the food. 20 minutes later we finally had our lunch. There was also a couple complaining about their sandwich right next to us. Anyways Nothing was removed from the check, no complimentary dishes or a cup of coffee to fix bad service and food, literally nothing. EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS LATER WITH 18% TIP INCLUDED... smiling manager telling us he hopes to see us soon. Well, no thank you!!!!! Don’t waste your meal here.

The service was horrible! We had reservations and when we got there they acted like they didn’t know anything about reservations. I brought up the app and showed them where I had made a reservation on Open Table and they were like oh our iPad is down so we aren’t getting reservations right now. Our server would not come over to our table. Literally watched him look over and turn and walk the other direction three different times. We asked for something and he said ok and never brought it. Just stood over there by the stand. Finally we asked someone else and they brought it. The food was good, but overpriced. Would not recommend it based on the bad experience we had.

If you plan on going there.... turn around and leave. Spend 20 minutes waiting for the server to bring us the menu. Made eye contact and told him that we were waiting for the menu and he walked away. Very rude. After I wanted to lower the service charge of 18% since I felt that service wasn’t of the value. Then the waiter told me “are you from Miami? This is a city rule” Very rude to question if I’m from Miami and to tell me there’s a curt rule. Didn’t know he was into Policy Making for the city of Miami. Talked to the manager and didn’t understand my point either. Not worth to go here.
