   What a fun evening! Food was fresh and hot. Wait staff are friendly and on their game. We sat in the enclosed patio area- pleasant temperature. Noise level was medium until … Singo! So fun - the crowd loved it! It’s bingo but with music. 🎶 Good clean fun!!

   I’m very been here several times. I really want them to be better each time, but sadly they aren’t. The server was wonderful but slow, possibly due to slow bartender and kitchen staff. The food was slow to arrive and one order was wrong and my food came out 5-10 minutes after my friend’s and was severely over cooked. I have high hopes that this restaurant will succeed but they need to educate the team. We could hear the bartender joking around with the kitchen staff while we waited for drinks…we were the only table in the restaurant at the time.

   On Mother's Day (with reservations), we had an all-in-all terrible experience and ultimately left before the food came. For starters, we were a six top. To accommodate us they put to high top round tables together which was awkward and disconnected. It took about 15 minutes to get drinks and order off a very simplified menu. We waited an hour and was told by the waitress that or order had been lost and told by the manager/owner that "they were busy due to all the reservations". There just seemed to be no priority, no management, no concern. What is the point of taking so many reservations if you clearly can't handle it? We ultimately walked across the street to First Watch and had the same meal (ex: waffle and eggs) for half the cost and half the time. Don't recommend. Given the attitude, I would guess this is the experience most people are going to have at Annie Ruth's.

   It took over an hour and 15 minutes for us to be served our lunch from the time of arrival. It was Mother’s Day, so I know that played into this. However, they needed to have a better plan for this day ahead of time. I’m very glad I brought snacks for my children to eat while we waited. The food itself was delicious and wait staff was doing as best as they could given the circumstances.

   Small very quant and clean restaurant. The staff was amazing! We went on mother’s Day and menu was already made up with the breakfast choices which had a great variety. We had a party of 10 and the waitress was very nice and accommodating. The food all came out at decent timeframe and everything was delicious! Highly recommended!!!!

   We sat out in the cozy porched in area. We enjoyed the ambiance and relaxed atmosphere. The food was great with variety for every taste. Our server, Meredith was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you!
