Wanted to try this cuisine and ordered two traditional dishes. Both were flavorful and well prepared but my main issue was the fact that everything served was just slightly warmer than room temperature and I enjoy my hot dishes, HOT. Even the tea served with dessert was lukewarm

There are definitely some service kinks to work out. Our food came out promptly but the young woman kept trying to clear our plates before we were even done. Since there were 2/3 of the tables open, it was unclear why they felt the need to rush us through. When they ran the credit card, it was for someone else's bill. Needed to refund and rerun. The food was good and affordable but nothing remarkable.

Strange layout. Interesting food, but waitstaff doesn't speak English very well, so explanations of dishes were not clear.

It was our first dinner here, thanks to the OpenTable. We liked this new restaurant very much and want to share our happy experience. SErvice is fast and friendly without overpowering. Free house salad, bread and yougurt are served while you are waiting for your order. Dishes are delivered to the table very fast. Mantoo (8 in a dinner dish) are covered with minced beef and a bit too much yogurt. Meat (chicken and lamb) in kebabs is juicy and aromatic. Embience is very artful - murals on the walls are unique, colorful pillows are plentiful. Prices are reasonable, so it's a 'come back' place.

A truly unique ethnic experience, the food of Afghanistan is well presented and well prepared. I highly recommend the fermented milk drink along with the sirloin kababs - delicious spices and well presented, plus reasonably priced.
