    Every single bite that we had was exceptional! We had a 6 course tasting and paired it with the tasty in region wines. From the start we were blown away by the first course and the quality and flavors remained throughout the rest of the meal.

    Animalon is not only the best restaurant in Valle is one of the better restaurants I have ever eaten at including 3 star Michelin restaurants around the world. The food is creative and delicious and the service is exceptional. The cocktails are fantastic too
