   They did not let us eat here. We had reservations for New Year's eve. We reached via email to confirm the reservation. We also confirmed the reservation through OpenTable. And then when we went to the premises, they denied us entrance because " there was no way we had a reservation, since they were already closed". I cannot ever contain how frustrated I was. Never trusting this place ever again.

   As always, exceptional food, service and atmosphere. It is a pleasure visiting this restaurant and receiving such a warm welcome. All of the staff are fantastic and go out of their way.

   Arrived to be told our booking wasn’t valid and they don’t accept Open Table less than 48hrs in advance - no apology or justification. Queued for 30 minutes to be seated - then placed at two separate tables. Items not available on the menu, food lukewarm and chicken wings inedible. Guy serving was lovely - the only positive! 😡

   Was really crowded and chaotic. Despite the reservation made, the wait was quite long. The restaurant should have a better system to manage the queue. Food was not as expected. Nothing unusual about the steak. Have had better ones elsewhere.

   Do not go here if you are coeliac (gluten intolerant). There are no options as they claim cross contamination. My friend who is allergic to gluten was told there was only one thing she could eat, a pie. When she asked if she could order a steak with mash, she was told no and when we did the order, the manager accompanied the waitress to ensure my friend only ordered the pie!! She felt very insulted and humiliated as we all did for her. Shame in 2024 the practises are totally sub par! The food was too pricey for what you get, I've made better steak at home!!!

    Prima volta in questo locale. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Sirloin (pezzo di carne sudamericano) delizioso. Dolci squisiti, in particolare il dolce tipico inglese con i datteri(sticky toffee pudding). Servizio stupendo, Flavia ci ha messo a nostro agio e grazie a simpatia e professionalità a reso questa esperienza ripetibile.
