   I had an awesome dinner at Anejo Rose recently, and it’s definitely worth a shoutout! The food was top-notch—everything we tried was bursting with flavor. The birria tacos were a total standout, juicy and rich, and the skirt steak fajitas came out sizzling and perfectly seasoned. Service was just as impressive; our server was super friendly and on top of everything, making the whole night feel smooth and relaxed. The real star, though, was the tequila—tons of high-quality options to choose from, and the drinks were killer. I went for a margarita with their añejo tequila, and it was smooth, strong, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. If you’re into great Mexican food and love a good tequila selection, this spot’s a must-try!

   Our recent dinner at Anejo Rose Cantina & Tequila Bar in Hanover, MD, was a delightful experience! We started with the Empanadas de Birria, which were a perfect balance of crispy and savory, with the rich birria filling stealing the show. For our main courses, the Birria Ramen was a creative standout—comforting yet packed with bold flavors—and the Barbacoa Enchiladas were tender and flavorful, wrapped in a deliciously spiced sauce. Our server was exceptional, offering attentive service and great knowledge of the menu, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The drink menu impressed us with its extensive tequila selection and well-crafted cocktails, perfectly complementing the meal. The vibrant atmosphere added to the overall experience, making Anejo Rose a spot I’d highly recommend for a memorable Mexican dining night out!

   Had dinner at Añejo Rose recently and honestly, it was such a good vibe. The food was fresh and flavorful—definitely recommend the birria tacos and their street corn. You can tell they put thought into every dish, and the portions were solid too. The service was super friendly without being over-the-top. Our server checked in just the right amount and made great suggestions without making us feel rushed. What really stood out, though, was the ambiance. It’s got that modern, warm feel—dim lighting, cool decor, and a really chill energy. Great spot for a laid-back night out with friends or even a casual date. Definitely planning to go back!

   We had a fantastic dinner at Anejo Rose in Hanover, Maryland! The ambiance was warm and stylish, and the service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. We started with the Taquito Egg Rolls, which were delicious, then enjoyed the Pizza Birria and Skirt Steak Fajitas. Both were packed with flavor—the birria was juicy and savory, and the fajitas were sizzling perfection. A great spot for a memorable meal—I’ll definitely be back!

   Amazing food - highly recommend the pizza birria and adobo shrimp fajitas. Our server was on top of everything, recommended some great tequila to pair with our food.

   Dinner at Anejo Rose was a blast—vibrant vibes and killer food. The Guacamole Molcajete stole the show, made to order with zesty lime and served with crisp chips—pure perfection. My Chopped Burrito Bowl with Chicken was a fresh, spicy mix of adobo chicken, rice, and sour cream—light yet filling. The Carne Asada brought smoky, juicy steak with a bright salsa kick, with warm tortillas. Service was sharp, and the tequila vibe begged for a longer stay. 5 stars—can’t wait to come back!

    We love Anejo Rose. The margaritas are so good and the appetizer egg roll is my favorite on the menu. We love to get the different tacos, the greek taco, the chili pop shrimp taco and the Nashville chicken are so good! We can't wait to go back.
