Andriaccio's exists to create the meal your family builds memories around. Andriaccio's Restaurant has been serving the community and the many visitors that come to Chautauqua since 1982. The founders, Guy and Antoinette Andriaccio along with their five children moved to Chautauqua in the late '70's, from Buffalo where Guy had owned a restaurant on Chippewa Street. They bought an old gas station on the corners of Rt. 394 and 33 across from Chautauqua Institution and opened their doors in February of 1982.

    I made reservations via Andriaccios web site with Open Table. When we got to the restaurant I was told that they did not have a reservation for us. I showed my email with my confirmation number. The man said "oh, I cancelled that". I told him I made the reservation on May 30th. He said he did not have a table for us, it would be about an hour wait, they were packed, we could sit on the patio even though it was raining and cold outside. He never apologized for what happened, nothing. We left and we decided we would never go back. He was rather rude. I am not happy about the whole situation. The owner if the restaurant should be told about the situation. Would not give them a good rating and will tell others not to go there.

    We were in the area for a wedding and needed a place to go with friends the night before the ceremony. It was delicious and they were able to accommodate us on the patio with our large group. The Limoncello Lobster Ravioli was the best ravioli I’ve ever had!!! Great place to dine!!

    Atmosphere was nice...cozy, quaint. Server was attentive, polite, cheerful and our food was delivered in a timely manner. On their website, they boast a very impressive family history and 'commitment to excellence' but we left extremely disappointed with the quality of food. We spent nearly $100 on four people without beverages and walked away frustrated. Bread placed on the table looked and tasted as if it was from the bread isle of a grocery store. If you're going to serve bread as a starter, it should be impressive, not an obligatory gesture (I've had bread at chain restaurants that put this restaurant's to shame). Appetizer of pulled pork nachos was tasty, but not generously portioned. I tasted my husband's spinach and cheese calzone and we both agreed it was somewhat flavorless. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan with a side of risotto...the eggplant was thick and extremely rubbery (I could barely cut it), and the risotto tasted like it came from a box. As for our friends' they never overtly complimented their food and only ate about half. The only thing I really enjoyed from my dinner was my side Caesar salad. Because we were with company, I didn't want to make a fuss over my dinner, but I was disappointed I wasn't asked if something was wrong with my meal seeing I left 3/4 of it on my plate and said 'no thank you' to a box. It's too bad...it's a charming place with great atmosphere and friendly staff, but much of the food was simply awful. Perhaps instead of having such an extensive menu and poorly executed food, they should pare down their offerings and excel at those dishes.

    I will always go to Andriaccio's whenever I am in the area. Comfort food to the max. Family friendly, nice to see the same staff year after year, continuity, food always fills you up.

    I’ve been here before and the meal was good. This visit- the drinks were horrible, water was never refilled, salad plates never removed from the table, never received bread and the pizza was undercooked.
