   I was able to get my queen city burger and fries quickly,after i got my grape soda.Nice place for lunch or dinner.

   Very disappointed with this restaurant. We were in from out of town it seemed to be very unorganized, a lot of dirty tables and people not sure what was going on. We arrived early for reservations and 20 minutes after 9 we still weren't seated we decided so leave. 10 people were Stanley in the doorway.

   I would recommend this place for the beef burgers and beer selection, but the veggie burgers and turkey burgers only get 1 star.

   The Street Corn was very good. However, both our "pink" burgers were way over cooked - that just can't happen when paying $14 for a hamburger. I'm not trying to be extra sore on the topic, but I've never had an overcooked pink burger at Red Robin - which I consider a "cheap chain". I expect much more from Americano!

   Food was well good, but selection was a little limited, unless you like burgers. My guest had the veggie burger and said it was good. It was my second visit there and both visits were above average. If you are on a tight time schedule they seemed happy to accommodate.

    Noisy environment. Not rexaxing. Burgers overpriced for what we received. Service was average. Server did not give me correct change. Kept the coins in his favor. Never going back.
