The unlimited Roast is great... maybe have more of the meat bits but overall great! almost was not able to have dessert.

Most of the dishes were great. Unfortunately, two of our party got funny tummy afterwards. Suggestion for the restaurant: when re-heating food (which we could see being done), you need to bring the temperature up high enough to kill any bacteria. That should solve it. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Beautiful restaurant. The pecan pie and the crab cakes were less than perfect (the latter tasted off), but more than made up for by the exceptional service from Gennaro. Well done.

Our favourite pre theatre restaurant. The food is fabulous, and the staff always so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jovan for looking after us.

Found Americana online when looking for after matinee theatre dinner. Found a gem and will go back when next in London.

The food was abominable, 'Southern' food by people who have presumably never had real Southern food. Weird idea of starter nibbles: sun dried tomatoes?? Where was the pimiento spread for example? Where were the collard greens? The hush puppies?The grits? Fried chicken? Where was the peach cobbler for dessert? The chili I ordered was a flavourless stringy mess with unadvertised cheese glopped on top; with tasteless, crumbling cornbread. Worse, my friend's burger had to be sent back twice as it came out cold both times. Lovely decor though. I presume many of the positive comments are from people who know no better and/or were charmed by the wait staff.

Great service from Jovan. My friend had the veggie burger and I had the beef burger. Both were tasty. I enjoyed my side salad too. Disappointed with the happy hour hours as we would have enjoyed a cocktail! We liked the playlist in the background. Would go back.

Absolutely amazing, food delicious, staff very happy and chatty, couldn’t do enough for us made us feel very special for a 50th birthday celebration. Will 100% be returning
