   First, Open Table showed no table availability from 6pm-9pm, but we went anyway and found 10+ open tables in the restaurant. We were seated immediately. Our meal was tasty, our server was extremely attentive, but we felt it was VERY overpriced for what we received. I ordered a $17 wedge salad that had 1 single grape-sized tomato cut in half and crumbled bacon that amounted to a quarter of a slice of bacon. The $34 salmon was dry and sat atop a bit of even drier quinoa, both desperate for a drip of sauce or gravy to help it slide down the gullet. Sadly, there was none. The $10 French Fries were impossibly dry and only had a couple of grains of salt. A crock of gravy or cheese might have made them divine, but instead they were inedible. The $19 shrimp cocktail came with a teeny bit of ketchup topped with a bit of horseradish that we had to mix ourselves to make cocktail sauce. My sons enjoyed how the porterhouse was prepared table-side and my daughter liked her tiny crab cake. We were celebrating a special occasion. It was a lovely venue, but the food preparation could have been much better. Disappointing.

   Giovanna the manager is very polite, the staff is great & our waitress, Marisa was very attentive, the barmaid made some wonderful drinks!!!

   We loved the food and service. I did however request a table in a corner out of the busy sections due to a special occasion and it was not accommodated. Overall it was a great place to eat.

   Didn't get to eat there. The person (who I assume was the GM) couldn't find our reservation and said we would have to wait 15 minutes to be seated -- which we did not have time for b/c we were seeing a show. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "Okay." It's clear they don't really care about their customers. With the high volume, I guess they don't have to. No thanks. Will not try to eat there again.

   They claimed to not have our reservation despite showing them my email confirmation. Did not get seated until 45 minutes after our reservation despite having many empty tables. Waiter took too long to come over so we left. Awful.

   Oysters had to go back not cold "fishy " however my steak was ice cold . bad service could not get water Way overpriced We will never go back to the hotel or this restaurant

   After waiting around 40mins for our food, which when finally arrived the waiter apologized for the delay since it was busy for a show night. PS that's why we made reservations so we could also be on time for the show.. The food was just so-so. We selected the tomahawk which were advised was finished table side with a flambeed. They wheeled the steak around the entire restaurant to get up to the raised platform we were on. But they failed to mention just the sauce would be flambeed.. our steak never hit the pan. Our food when finally received was cold. Not that we would have had time to send it back because our waiter never checked on us.. even if we did we would then have been late for the show and/or been stuck with now over cooked steak. When my husband have the rare opportunity to get out without the kids we always select a fine dining steakhouse so we are used to the prices which we never mind when the food is worth it. This however was not. The best item in on the whole menu is the free bread and butter. Another suggestion would be to invest in the illuminated menus many steakhouses now have, when the restaurant is so dark it helps patrons see what they are ordering.

    Wait staff was fabulous and ambience nice. We ordered a steak medium which came to us over well done. We sent it back and it they cooked another which came to us medium rare. Rest of meal satisfactory.
