   Ambrosia India Bistro in Los Gatos provided an outstanding dining experience! The momos were perfectly steamed with a flavorful filling, the Gobi Manchurian had the right balance of crispiness and spice, the Lamb Rogan Josh was tender and rich in flavor, and the Kadai Paneer was packed with delicious, bold spices. Subhash treated us exceptionally well, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had a wonderful meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a perfect evening. Highly recommend Ambrosia for anyone looking for amazing Indian food in Los Gatos!

   Competitive with any good Indian restaurant in London or Birmingham, Ambrosia is by far the best curry I’ve had in America. Lovely food, lovely service and perfectly priced.

   Overall a decent experience. Food was overall good but for the price the portion size is really small. Really loud and small place. Food: Nothing new here. Same options as everywhere. Tried chicken vindaloo (Not in menu), the taste was good but the chicken was very hard, not cooked enough. Same with Aloo dum. Naan was decent, a bit dry. Drinks: Tea: Very average. Not that great. Fruit punch: Again, average. Both were not freshly made.

   We had a very good experience at Ambrosia. The food was good, service was good but non-intrusive, and a large window seat at Saratoga downtown on mildly chilly evening is all you need. My wife and I enjoyed our quiet dinner.
