Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

Between the wonderful menu, informative staff, delicious ingredients cooked to perfection, and the impeccable service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve got a few photos of the meal, but not everything!!

The price of all the dishes a drinks wete irredeemable. Its so expensive to just be expensive. There is no reason for it other than blatent greed

Particularly the bbq octopus 😋 - the best we have ever had! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Tiramisu was amazing. Highly recommend. A big shoutout to Chris - amazing service!

                                                                                                                                          Our fav restaurant in Las Vegas for dinner and my happy place! We’ve visited 10+ times and will continue to return. The pasta rags are perfection! Other favs are the fried artichoke hearts, side of potatos and polenta mushrooms. My husband loved his steak too. My father in law said their chicken parm was the best he’s ever had. The spritzes are delicious. The staff are always super nice and helpful. If it’s not already clear, we love love this place.

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Amalfi! From start to finish, everything was exceptional and truly romantic. He ordered the crispy potatoes and steak, while I had the whole lobster with Calabrian chili butter — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The peas and asparagus in a mint pesto were fresh and vibrant, making the dish even more special. For dessert, we shared the strawberries and cream cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet ending to a beautiful meal. The drinks were equally wonderful — he enjoyed an espresso martini, and I had a refreshing non-alcoholic lemon spritzer. The service was outstanding: attentive, warm, and professional without ever feeling rushed. Every detail made the evening feel special. Amalfi is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for a fabulous, romantic night out.

                                                                                                                                          Was really looking forward to Amalfi as we came to Vegas to eat here! But alas, the food was just OK. Standouts were Focaccia bread and zucchini pasta. Crab meatballs ok, lemon salad lacking (too mushy) and burrata was lacking in flair. The Calabrian chili sauce nice but just a speck of pesto. We wish we skipped the appetizers and salad and went for pasta and possible seafood. Our recommendation. Our server, Michelle (?), was outstanding!!!! Good wine too, and nice atmosphere!
