We had a wonderful time! Food and service was great! We went very early so it was very quiet, started picking up by the time we left! Second time there and both experiences were great!

The service was not good and terrible for such a well respected restaurant that I've thoroughly enjoyed before. Four of our sides were never delivered but placed on our bill, we got the wrong bill for the wrong table, and the pancake consistent was so bad we had to send back and order something else. It doesn't bring me any pleasure to write this review and I normally don't, but the experience was so awful for a great holiday with amazing company that I needed to share the feedback. I hope to enjoy this place again without this experience replicating itself.

We had a great meal. Things I would definitely order again if offered: seared salmon, lamb turnover, albóndigas, padrón peppers, any of the charcuterie or cheeses. My husband can’t stop talking about the lamb turnover. Also the chocolate ganache for dessert. Things I would skip: tortilla, vieiras, cheesecake. The tortilla was a shocking miss for anyone who knows what tortilla should be. It was flavorless and almost entirely potato. “Basque cheesecake” also nothing like the special cheesecake in País Vasco and it was just not super tasty. The ambiance was nice and lively. The wine was also lovely. Monastrell is my favorite and while wines by the glass can often be not so great IME, their Monastrell and several others we had by the glass were very enjoyable. I would definitely return!

We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your meal! It's great to know that our seared salmon, lamb turnover, albóndigas, padrón peppers, and charcuterie selections were a hit. We're also glad that you enjoyed the Monastrell wine. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience didn't meet your expectations, particularly the tortilla, vieiras, and cheesecake. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly consider your suggestions as we continually strive to improve our menu and offerings.

We had a wonderful dinner at Amada. The open air table we got was an added bonus. The 5 of us got the Chefs menu, it was a little pricey but definitely worth it. I would do it again, the food just kept coming!

Not sure what happened with PHL location, but not what it use to be. Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Also, the noise level in the back of the restaurant is outrageous. I was embarrassed to have brought my out of town guests here.
