   The servers were great & knowledgeable, but definitely pushed the highest priced options, almost to an uncomfortable degree. Two people in our party of four have significant food restrictions, which is why we did not opt for the chef’s menu. The waiter(s) did not seem to listen to our reasoning & continued to push the chefs option. Also, one of the dishes we ordered (rice with mushrooms & peas) never arrived, which was quite disappointing.

   Superb creative cuisine, great professional service, best view of the ocean in AC! The only thing better than Amada is another Jose Garces restaurant Tinto..BUT no view! Best food in AC!

   We were celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. He wanted to go to Amada which is our favorite restaurant. The manager, Michael Garguilo made sure we got a great table by the window which is their cage booths. Mike is the best manager the restaurant ever had. He was very accommodating and helpful. Our server was Miro who made sure our son had a great night and fantastic experience for his birthday. He was the best waiter we ever had at any restaurant. This restaurant and staff is far the best in Atlantic City. Every part of the meal from the beginning champagne toast to the ham croquette apps to the filet mignon to the great desert and service made this an incredible night for our family. This is always a must do restaurant. We are going back for our anniversary next month. Asking for Miro again.

   Good food great service. Always fun sharing tapas plates. Shrimp and short rib flat bread were both good. If you like chocolate try the pastels de chocolate

   Very disappointed. We had to leave because the live music was so LOUD! It was impossible to have a conversation or even communicate with the waiter unless you screamed. Way too loud.
