   Our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious and I appreciated being able to get a half portion of pasta.

   Would have preferred sitting at a table with four chairs instead of two chairs and a bench. We tried several of their featured drinks that were good but we probably wouldn't recommend them. The salads were very good and plentiful. The focaccia bread was excellent with the butter or olive oil. The Pappardelle was very tender and tasty. The Ravioli was abundant and very good. The Orecchilitte was excellent. The waitress was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would definitely return.

   We had read so much about this spot that we decided to try it for Easter brunch. Perhaps that was not the best of decisions, since brunch menus around Pittsburgh tend not to offer the best that its restaurants have to offer. One of the antipasti was excellent, but the rest of the offerings did little to entice someone back to try the regular fare. We also had the impression that the ambience was a bit more upscale than was the case. In fact, our reserved table turned out to be in the bar area, which meant that we had to put up with a television in the background. We were not exactly looking for a "sports bar" atmosphere for a Sunday brunch, so this came as a disappointment. The service, on the other hand, was truly outstanding. It's a shame that the food was far less enticing.

   The food, service, and ambiance were all amazing as we celebrated my birthday. They even brought out a little gelato with a candle in it so I could make my birthday wish.

    I took my wife here for her birthday and we had just an ok time. The hostess wished her a happy birthday, which was nice but that's where it ended. The waiter came over to the table didn't even say hello, just poured water and asked if we knew what we wanted. My wife was very off put and didn't want to stay. We decided stay and tried to have a good time. Food was ok, pasta was stiff maybe even a little over cooked. After we finished our meal a dessert menu was brought over. No one said anything about her birthday We didn't come here for a free dessert we came to have a nice night out but definitely wasn't the place. Would not recommend it for a nice evening out. We definitely were disappointed.
