We had a confirmed reservation and got to Alma at 7 PM and the restaurant was closed. The woman cleaning made it sound like it was our fault that we should have known they were closed! We drove 1 hr to get there and had to find another restaurant. Sad!

Underwhelming experience and a bit depressing. Burgers were almost inedible. Schnitzel was fatty and lacked taste. Ugly decor and big tv screen showing landscapes... not really very harmonious.

The restaurant was closed when I arrived for my 8:00 PM reservation. I had to settle for the Yard House which was good but I was hoping for a more formal dinning experience. I called several times without any response. Finally at 8:50 PM someone answered and when I asked them if they were open she responded yes at 9:00 PM. So why did you accept a reservation for 8:00 PM. They blamed day light saving time. Totally ridiculous for a business to be run this way. I had read some reviews with other dinners experiencing the same. But didn’t understand it. Now I know!

As a Kosher restaurant, our staff observes Shabbat, affecting our ability to answer calls during certain hours. However, we should have communicated this more clearly to avoid confusion. We deeply regret the mistake made with the reservation time due to the Daylight Saving Time change and are taking steps to prevent such errors in the future. To make amends, we would like to offer you a discount on your next visit. Please mention this offer when making your reservation.
