Allotment Manchester is a leading bar and restaurant in the Northern Quarter, offering locals contemporary British food and refreshing speciality drinks. Located on Dale Street, Allotment is an oasis in the city centre, this thanks to its garden-themed decor and relaxed atmosphere. It’s an ideal place to unwind with friends or colleagues, and better yet, the creative menu is packed with delicious comfort food. If you’re into sharing, opt for some small plates which utilise the best of local produce, fresh seafood and sustainable meat. Larger plates are also available and include burgers, mac and cheese and stacked sandwiches. This is hearty pub food at its finest and is best enjoyed alongside Allotment’s drinks list of beers, cocktails and speciality gins. Allotment Bar & Restaurant is a favourite on Manchester’s dining scene and booking a table ahead of your visit is highly recommended.

    Superb food, great service and a lovely place to spend our first valentines day together! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different!

    Allotment knows how to deliver artisan food, packing it with bundles of flavour. The pick of the dishes was the humble french onion soup; if it could speak it’s voice would be heard as far afield as Birmingham. Service was caring, astute and smiley. The waitress ensured I could dine and still make my train, which I did in plenty of time. I love the interior, loads of naked panelling and sparkly lights. It is a sociable, modern pub set up. Price is spot on for the experience. I’m tempted to return, just to try their locally sourced beef. From the looks of the butchered cuts, the dishes would be a taste sensation.

    Had a really great lunch at Allotment. The service was great, decor lovely, staff attentive and the portion sizes huge. Great value for money and I will return even if just for the Halloumi fries!
