   We had several very tasty things to eat and also a couple of bites of food that were not good at all. We did a pair of appetizers. The Peruvian ceviche was truly Devine. It was balanced and fresh with a totally different flavor profile from other ceviche I’ve tried. At the same time the tuna tartare appetizer was drenched in truffle oil that completely ruined the dish. The same bad taste overpowered the mushroom risotto side, in the duck entree (thankfully in reduced quantity), and seemed to make an appearance in most of the menu. I’ll be honest, the chef needs to just say no to truffle oil. It made every dish worse for having been included. The harbor view was nice. The restaurant had great visual presentation. The server was sufficiently attentive and friendly but not exactly quick. I probably would not repeat but I’m not dissatisfied or regret going.

   Everything here was perfect. The atmosphere on the waterfront with views of the boats was wonderful. We felt like we were on the French Coast somewhere. The food was delicious, including the cheese plate and the catch of the day. The cocktails were unique and tasty. The service was exceptional and every individual from the manager to the waiter to the busser were attentive and helpful. Finally, we enjoyed live music since we visited on a Thursday, and that was amazing, too. Really great singer, and loud enough to hear but not disrupt conversations. Alize was hands down our best meal in St Martin and I’d recommend it to anyone.

   Alizé was amazing! By far the best meal we had in St. Martin! Service was extraordinary. You MUST experience Alizé before your departure...and come back again and again! We loved the mushroom tartlet, Nikkei tuna tartare and the tender beef medallions. Also notable was the incredible wine list, unusual to have this level of varietals and vintages in one restaurant. Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️ 10/10

   The food and setting were excellent. We had a reservation but there were a lot of empty tables. The food was amazing, as was the cocktails. Definitely louder music and it took over 30 minutes and me going up to the waitstaff to get our check and pay.

   We dined on an evening in early February. Beautiful weather but could shower any time. Changed our outdoor reservation to standard indoor but could have stayed outside as they installed an awning to deploy in these downpours. Delicious food artistically presented.

    Outstanding from top to bottom! The ambiance was great, the staff were friendly and efficient, the drinks were unique, and the food was phenomenal. We ordered most of the menu and everything was incredible, but the catch of the day (mahi mahi) is a must try. Can’t wait to go back to Alizé next time I’m in St.Martin!
