   We had a good experience at Alhambra. Service by our waiter, Yaser was phenomenal. He was very courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the menu. We tried the Iberico plum and the Short rib and they all tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are out for a good time and good food.

   Professional and gracious staff. Excellent breakfast menu options. Fresh bakery, fruit selections, traditional breakfast entrees were tasteful and served picture perfect. Quiet sophisticated atmosphere.

   Three people shared 5 dishes and it was plenty of food. Glasses of wine were very expensive.

   Amazing food and ambiance. The cocktails are a bit overpriced so you might wanna go somewhere else beforehand! Great service !

   It was a dismal experience. After being seated, it took about 20 minutes for our waiter to come to us. Appetizer and entrees were served together, and the chicken entree was overcooked and dry. After finishing and having our plates picked up, it took another 20 minutes to get the attention of the waiter to ask for the check. When the check arrived, we were overcharged a dish which was listed as $18 on the menu but was charged as $25 on the bill. He didn’t seem to be bothered and just chalked it up to “account department made a mistake”. I feel that this restaurant benefits from the prestige of the hotel it’s located in, but quality and service leaves much to be desired. Will take my patronage elsewhere.

   I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, but the service was very disappointing. Despite informing the staff about the birthday cake, no one brought it out or even acknowledged it throughout the entire meal. On top of that, our water glasses were empty for most of the time and no one came to refill them. There was barely any service at all. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
