   Last night, my husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Al Biernat’s, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, wished a Happy Anniversary, and immediately escorted to our table. Our service team welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm, took a moment to get to know us, and even offered to capture a photo of us celebrating — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. The presentation of the menu and nightly specials was impressive, and the recommendations offered were incredibly helpful without ever feeling rushed or scripted. Having recently moved to Texas, we had heard glowing reviews about Al Biernat’s, and we can now confidently say that it exceeded even our highest expectations. The food was absolutely divine. We began with the escargot, followed by a classic Caesar salad topped with fresh white anchovies — each bite was perfectly prepared. For our entrée, we shared the bone-in filet paired with a decadent lobster risotto, and both were cooked to perfection. Choosing dessert was nearly impossible given all the tempting options, but we ultimately decided on the chocolate bourbon bread pudding and the peanut butter banana cream pie. Both were absolutely to die for and the perfect ending to an extraordinary meal. Toward the end of the evening, the manager personally stopped by our table to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to genuinely thank us for choosing Al Biernat’s to celebrate such a special milestone. It’s rare these days to experience that level of care and appreciation from a restaurant, and it left a lasting impression. Every aspect of our night was spot-on — from the ambiance to the impeccable service to the outstanding cuisine. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking to sit in Cassidy’s section. She is, without question, the best server we’ve had in Dallas so far — knowledgeable, personable, and made our night feel truly special.

   We had a most excellent time. Easter Sunday brunch. Such a wonderful selection of cocktails. I had the White Vespa which was delicious. My husband had single malt scotch perfectly prepared. The croissants were flaky and tasty. Started with tomato basil soup, the best we’ve had. I had the Alaskan Halibut and I highly recommend it. Husband had pot roast. He enjoyed it as well. We had no room for dessert but what we saw others being served made it difficult to resist. Our server, Pablo, was obviously experienced and gave just the right amount of attention. It seemed no matter the job, everyone we interacted with knew just what to do. The atmosphere was lovely. You won’t be disappointed.

   We ordered sandwiches off the brunch menu. The server brought fresh bakery. Food arrived promptly. Chicken salad was abundant and had large pieces of chicken. The price was reasonable. The only drawback was the noise level. However, there were many diners, so that is understandable to a degree.

    The mark of a truly outstanding restaurant is to be able to provided remarkable service and exceptional food when the restaurant is completely full during a holiday. Al Biernat"s - North Dallas did exactly that on Easter Sunday. This can only be accomplished with a professional staff supported by a great management team led by Cliff Bennett-General Manager and Jame Gee, Marty Collins, Tina Beard Managers. Gabriel provided attentive service and Catalina makes one of the best Cappuccinos in the DFW area. It was an incredible dining experience!
