View and drinks were amazing, service was great, they were out of a few menu items and none of the others were able to accommodate a gluten allergy. We ended up leaving after having drinks and an appetizer (which was delicious).

Great place with awesome views. Our waitress Andrea was fantastic and so was Edwin. I so wanted to love this place but the food fell short of expectations. The sushi roll lacked flavor, A5 steak was just ok. Waghu tacos fantastic and sea bass was good. The salmon carpaccio was just ok. I would give it 5 stars if food was more flavorful. Sorry.

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary at Akira Back. The ambience was fantastic with the open air rooftop experience and the food was excellent. But what made the dinner even better was our server Steven. His service level was exceptional and his knowledge of the menu items and recommendations exceeded expectations. More importantly, he was personable and kind. This was our first trip to Aruba and I would recommend the restaurant and ask for Steven!

Fabulous dinner with incredible views. We enjoyed the sea bass, butterfish, wagyu tacos, tuna tacos, hot mess roll and tempura rock shrimp.

Design leaves something to be desired. Beautiful outside view. Inside is decorated poorly. Lots of children dressed in sweatshirts and cut off shorts. Was not impressive. Waited a very long time for entrees. It has potential but they need to work out the kinks. Food was good - hoping in time it gets better. Def not the dining experience one would hope for at the St Regis

I know it’s a new restaurant and so teething pains are expected. The menu is quite small and side dishes are few. The portions are small but I will say everything was delicious. Ambience- we sat outside and the view is beautiful if you only look straight ahead at the sea. The hotel is sandwiched between other hotels so you’re looking at other buildings. The patio needs some plants and dressing up. It’s just table and chairs. Service, it needs a little work but it will get there :)
