Food was awesome, portion size super generous, the ‘feed me’ set menu is great value for money and the service was amazing!

We felt very rushed. They sat us at 7:30 and told us there was another booking at 9pm. Food came fast and there was no room on the table for all of it. Once the food arrived we didn’t see our server again. WNted to order second round d of drinks but couldn’t, due to lack of service. Rushed experience and not happy.

This place is amazing but it is wise to book at least a week ahead as it is usually booked out. We had the kingfish sashimi, salt and pepper squid, kobe beef, miso eggplant with steamed rice and every dish was superb. With a Japanese beer each the cost for 4 was $45 pm. Excellent value and quality.

We were disappointed with the service at Akiba. We ordered drinks and food within 15 minutes of arriving, and when our final dish was delivered we were advised that we had to leave within 15 minutes due to another booking. We had also ordered a bottle of wine and were some how expected to consume that within the 15 minutes. Very disappointing.
