   The service was great. Attentive. But the food was horrible. No seasoning. Meat was bland.

   Hi Maria, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the service attentive, but sorry to hear the food didn’t quite meet your expectations. Our meats are carefully marinated or seasoned to complement the charcoal grill, but we know tastes can vary. We also offer house-made sauces like chimichurri, barbecue, and a hot sauce to go along with the meats. If you come back, feel free to ask your server for them — they’ll be happy to bring them over. We really appreciate your visit and hope to have the chance to impress you next time.

   We went to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. When we mentioned this to the waiter, we were informed that we get 2 free desserts. That was totally unexpected! The service there is superb. They have a fabulous salad bar, which can be a stand alone meal or it’s included if you order the meat service or a specific entree. Food is good. We had the full meat service since we were celebrating. It was a lot of food. Some cuts were tastier and more tender than others, but overall it was a great experience. We will return

   Market bar had a nice tasty variety of foods. The rodizio was delicious as well. Especially the sausage and the bacon wrapped filet mignon. The servers were friendly and very attentive. Great staff/service/food is hard to come by. I’d definitely return

   Soooooooooo…. If you LOVE great tasting food, this is the place to be. But if you LOVE great tasting food AND EXCEPTIONAL service… just go ahead make your reservation now. The staff were so incredibly personable and helped elevate an average dinner experience exponentially! I wish I had more room in my tummy but even opening the belt didn’t help. I wouldn’t hate an increased salad bar…but that would waste the space for the rodizio. My only request is a children’s menu because well my kid likes white rice more than toasted sausages and lamb.

   The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The meat came at different temps for however you like. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, but weren’t overwhelming. Literally everyone was kind, helpful, and happy! We felt so welcome and loved everything. 10/10

   Overall, it was great dining experience. Delicious food, helpful staff. My only critical feedback is I wish the servers who came by with the different meats were consistent when serving a large group. For my group, not everyone was paying attention when someone came by with a particular meat option. So that server would only stop by one side of the long table and not come around to check if anyone else was interested. And we had our green cards facing up! And before I realized it they were gone and I would flag down someone to ask that they come back but they never did. For a large group, and the value of that particular part of the menu, they should have been better at making sure everyone had a chance at each offering. I communicated this to the manager but his response seemed indifferent even though he was open to the feedback. I understand Saturday nights are challenging but for a large group that would be providing a lot of $ at the end of the night, I expected more. I won't let this deter me from coming back, however. Next time I'll have to socialize less on a busy night to make sure I get my money's worth when ordering that part of the menu.

Our gauchos rotate with a wide variety of meats, and with so many cuts, multiple servers step in to help. That said, we’re sorry if it felt rushed or uneven — especially for a large group. If your coaster was red side up, they may have passed to avoid interrupting, but we know how that can be missed on a busy night. We’d love to have you back on a quieter evening so you can enjoy the full AG experience at a more relaxed pace!

   Great food. Great value. Great service. We enjoy the Rodizio meal where servers bring around meat on skewers. The meat was delicious. The servers continuously came to our table. Our server frank was very attentive friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place

    Great staff and delicious food at AG Steakhouse. Such a beautiful restaurant with attentive staff. Long, the owner, is friendly and runs a very well trained staff. The filet mignon is off the charts!
