   We arrived on time and were told that they didn’t know we were coming so I showed them the email confirmation but they said it hadn’t come through to them even though it was booked months ago, the food was nice but I was unaware of the service charge on the bill so just bear that in mind if you book here as that and water added another £30 to the total making £180 for 5 people.

   Great view and a quiet atmosphere. Not too busy, perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil space with a scenic view. Service was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

   This was for my daughter's birthday. The service was amazing all thanks to TIMEA. She really went out of her way to make sure that our experience was special and thats how we felt Special. 2 of the party just wanted normal bread for the sandwiches as we didn't like the Artisan Bread on offer and TIMEA made sure this was taken care of with no fuss at all. She also came up to our table to tell us her shift was finished and she said Goodbye to each and everyone of us. The food was amazing nice atmosphere I also asked as it was my daughter's birthday could they do something a bit special and they bought her a slice of cake on a board with HAPPY BIRTHDAY written in chocolate. All 4 of us had a fantastic time and we would definately go back. Overall an amazing experience. Only one negative point was they had someone playing a guitar and singing could really do WITHOUT that.

   Beautiful setting for afternoon tea overlooking the river. Food was freshly made and everything was delicious. Staff were attentive and prosecco was topped up without asking. Only thing to point out is the walk from the tube station to the restaurant, its not the easiest place to find and allow yourself 10-15 minutes.

   No issues or quibbles with anything - just a perfect way to relax and enjoy the ambiance and stunning views.

   We had a nice afternoon and they were great at letting us stay for longer than we were really allowed. However the food was not great, we had stale sandwiches and there was limited choice so some people didn’t get to try all the sandwiches on offer. Definitely not enough cakes either and service was slow considering it is was quiet. Not sure it’s really the place for afternoon tea.

   A great Afternoon tea with prosecco experience booked for a friend's birthday. Three members of staff even sang Happy birthday along bringing the cake. Slightly bit pricey afternoon tea for location comparing to central London hotels, but all was delicious, staff was helpful and scenic view of Thames through the window made it a very lovely experience overall.
