   Very good value for money with a voucher. Food was plenty for 2. It would have been better if the sandwiches were made with brown bread not white.

   Pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is just off the main horseguards parade making it a nice tranquil setting in such a busy part of london

   Lovely, historic setting for afternoon tea. The lounge is cozy and quiet. We were a party of 4, which made the table quite crowded once our tea and food was brought to us, but they provided an extra small side table to manage all of the items. The sandwiches and sweets were very good. We tried Earl Grey and Darjeeling teas. We had a great time and highly recommend this traditional afternoon tea experience.

   We were there four years ago and had a wonderful experience….to be honest, the experience this time was not nearly as nice. The food was good but the tea selection was much more limited and the absence of the tea “sommelier “ detracted from the service.

   My two friends and I had a much anticipated catch up. The lounge is very pretty. The tea set was exquisite. The service was friendly although slow. There was some confusion about what booking we made and a few staff had to clarify the special. We had to remind the staff about a mocktail order for the non-champagne drinker. But they catered for the vegetarian and offered a top up of sandwiches. Overall, a pleasant tea, good atmosphere, easy to find and a great leisurely afternoon with good friends

    Went for a client breakfast but was greeted with what looked very much like a regular hotel breakfast. Wasn't impressed by it and the food was average. 2 stars based on a venue for client breakfast only.
