   Beautiful location, easy to find. The room and decoration is timeless. Slightly disappointed that the tea we ordered was a tea bag, and not loose leaf. I had a latte as well which was nice. We were left being the only 2 people in the restaurant, at 5pm, and the staff were preparing the room for dinner, including dimming the lights. Although they said we didn't need to rush we felt a little in the way. The food was delicious and we didn't leave hungry!! Lovely large glass of Champagne too.

   The tea to drink was poor taste tea bags, not helped by the waiter wanting to pour it before it had brewed! The food was OK with little description by the waiting staff. Would not visit there again, prefer teas available elsewhere. Room was lit very brightly with fluorescent lights and little atmosphere apart from the classical music playing. Other establishments have a piano player, lower level lighting etc.

   This was a 50 th birthday present for my mother and was definitely money well spent. The staff were attentive and friendly, the surroundings were luxurious and the food itself was lovely with a good selection. I would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

   The Bentley restaurant is beautiful and decadent. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, however, it was quite empty so more people should come here to make it more atmospheric! We experienced 5* service. They even catered for my gluten free requirements. I expected a small portion afternoon tea, but in fact we couldn't eat it all and were given a selection of cakes to take home with us. The teas and food were delicious. We couldn't fault it. The macaroons were a favourite! Extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and will recommend it to friends.

   Staff pretty friendly. Cakes, sandwiches and tea all delicious. Wonderfully formal and sleek environment, and comfortable atmosphere. But still not sure if the high price is justified.

   Very traditional, amazing decor and food - best place to take someone from another country to get a real taste of an afternoon tea in London

   Very special, lovely decor & atmosphere. Food delicious & abundant. Staff very friendly & helpful. Well worth it - now want to stay overnight at the hotel

    Good, very small scones, and bread not incredibly fresh, however good overall. Nice chilled glass with lovely champagne. Furniture needs updating, arm of my chair fell off! Impressive entrance hallway however.
