   My meal was vegetarian and I enjoyed all the savoury items, but the top layer of sweet treats was nothing special. Ambiance was beautiful.

   Afternoon tea has become our new favorite tradition! We enjoy ourselves every time we come and the variety of the menu is always delicious.

   Easter Tea at the Old Mill met all my expectations. The food was fresh and well presented. The ambiance was lovely and the service was great.

   My friend's milestone birthday, and the staff made her feel special. Mohammad and Yami were always around, anticipating the needs of the diners. Our first experience of high tea, and we weren't disappointed. Maybe expensive but the experience was worth it. Kudos!

   The restaurant was beautifully decorated it was so much fun seeing my daughters eyes light up when she saw the Princess’. The staff was wonderful! Will be returning again for this event.

   A lovely time! Truly exactly what an afternoon tea experience should be, a very tasty selection of food and teas, great value for money, and wonderful service!

   I hosted a small bridal tea for a dear friend’s daughter, my friend and my daughter..We thoroughly enjoyed our Tea experience….the teas were so good…as were the baked goods and pastries..with more than enough to make us quite full and bring some home for later..the service was excellent..the bride to be felt very special…that was my goal! We want to thank you for creating a lovely atmosphere S.Gluck

   Overall, afternoon tea at the Old Mill is always a lovely time. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The sandwich selection was not the best out of the times we’ve been. The roast beef sandwich did not taste like roast beef, had more of a corn beef taste and it was too much bread. The coronation chicken was definitely not the same as usual, and had a strange texture and sweeter taste. The cucumber and cream sandwich was nice though. Sweet selection was really good, and sour cherry tart was the best. Scones were just okay. Not bad but nothing outstanding. As always, there’s a great selection of tea. I think it would be good if they re vamped the selections of sandwiches and offered something different for beef or even have a different veggie selection. We would be back for sure though as it’s a nice afternoon out. Atmosphere is lovely.

   Service was great. We were a party of 3 with regular, regular gluten-free and vegetarian afternoon tea options. Our savoury, scones and sweets were presented on a tiered plates; all pieces were tasty. We enjoyed the Sloane tea offerings which we all drink at home, só it was nice to enjoy it at The Old Mill. We will be returning to enjoy afternoon tea for the next season!

    We did high tea when we were visiting the Toronto area. The hotel was beautiful and we wished we could see more of the gardens and outdoors but it was covered in snow which was also beautiful. The restaurant staff were amazing and were very attentive. We would definitely come back when we visit the area again.
