   It was simply amazing, the hotel and its grounds were beautiful and the food and staff were simply first class it is definitely worth a visit and I cannot wait to return

   I was recommend Lainston House by my sister and thought it would be a lovely place to take my friend for her Special Birthday . We had afternoon tea the setting was very cosy in a beautiful room. The special touch of a white chocolate with happy birthday written on it made my friends day. We were made to feel very special by the waiter and staff. Later I left my rings in the ladies powder room. I am thankful they were handed in and put in the safe until I returned later to pick them up. Many thanks Jennifer

   We entertained friends for two teas this week at Lainston House and both were delightful. Many thanks to Simon for making these experiences most enjoyable.

   I booked a table for 2 to celebrate my friend's birthday and requested,if possible, a small token on the table for the occasion. I was quite disappointed to see that the table next to us received a Happy Birthday chocolate and my friend didn't. The food was okay and not enough o fit. We chose to have a glass of bubbly each so the lunch worked out to be very expensive for what it was. The staff and service weren't worth the included service charge as the waiters weren't that visible and we had to call a couple of times.

   Lovely location , excellent grounds and stunning views. Staff helpful and friendly. Worth a visit with someone special.

   We were celebrating with old friends from Germany our joint wedding anniversaries that occur this month. It was a delightful occasion, not inexpensive but most enjoyable. The food was excellent and the staff provided top notch service. Its an ideal venue for celebrating something special.

    The staff on the day were lovely, especially the young waitress and the Spanish waiter who served us.
