   Would definitely go back again, was cheap and cheerful. The service was great! Menu was a little bit limited but the crab cake & steak was great.

   Food is absolutely amazing! A lot of work and amazing flavors ! Service wonderful as well! We had dinner here twice during our stay and can’t wait until next visit!

   Very nice take on modern Mexican cuisine in a quiet atmosphere, it's definitely more about the food rather than the location. We loved the Oxtail Tamale (so succulent and delicious!) but unfortunately were not impressed by the Lobster Toast as the bread was thick and not really all that toasty in our opinion. We'll definitely come back to sample some of their other offerings.

   We booked a table there and I have to say the restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious, the menu is concise, and next week they’ll introduce a new summer menu. I love that the menu changes seasonally. We started with mussels as an appetizer, and I must admit they were the best I’ve ever had in Mexico; the sauce was simply outstanding. We also shared a 500-gram Argentinian ribeye, and the meat was incredibly delicious. Additionally, there were two small house-style appetizers served at the beginning—tostadas with various sauces that were quite tasty. We were also greeted with homemade chorizo (if I remember correctly, it was vegan), and it was equally delightful. The service was excellent. Carlos, our server, is incredibly friendly—I really appreciate that kind of positive energy. The owner and head chef even approached us after dinner to ask for our feedback, which I believe is very valuable in building customer relationships. The interior of the restaurant is fairly simple, with more of a Mexican cantina vibe. There are TVs on the walls, which my partner and I aren’t really fond of. I feel the restaurant is very spacious, and with a slight rearrangement to separate the bar area and create a more intimate section for romantic dinners, it would be even better.

   Four of us had an excellent dinner here. Our waiter/bartender Carlos was very knowledgeable about the menu and they were very accommodating to my gluten allergy. We loved the cauliflower, the tuna tostada, the crab cake and the shrimp and pumpkin tamale.This is definitely a neighborhood gem and not to be missed!

   La chef Fabiola esta presente y atiende a los clientes. Su cocina es muy creativa, novedosa y con un gran conocimiento de la química de los sabores de los ingredientes. Comi un tamal huasteco con un guiso de cola de buey exquisito y un filete de huachinango excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente esta restaurante y como un plus, sus precios estan por debajo de los otros restaurantes de su nivel en la ciudad.

   Es la mejor comida que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo. Deliciosos sabores que hacen querer regresar. Comimos el rib eye cocción perfecta, jugoso y la salsa hace el complemento Perfecto, los mejillones con poblano y leche de coco son perfectos para paladear los sabores de chile poblano y las especies de las salsas que lleva el platillo. Tiene platillos de carne como el short rib, el cachete de res, el tamal de cola de res y la lengua y mollejas, así como una gran variedad de platos con mariscos y pescados. Si vienen a Vallarta es el lugar para comer delicioso.

    Great service but the food was bad. We ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out blue with a cold center. Sent it back and they returned it perfectly cooked but it was unseasoned, not even sale and no salt at the table. We also ordered the stuffed squid. The squid was so tough and chewey that it was really unpleasant. Once again there was no seasoning in the pork it was stuffed with. The sauce had no flavor. The muscles were overcooked and the broth lacked any real flavor than the lemongrass. Very dussapointing. The one highlight was the beat salad which featured sliced beat wrapped around a nice goat cheese with pistachios. Dressing was too sweet but it was the highlight. Service was 10 out of 10. Food was slow to come out but our drinks were kept fresh. Beware, they call it Mar y Sierra which one would assume meant seafood and meat options. It's all seafood with a very overpriced ribeye 880 pesos for 500 grams and a beef tongue option. Too many great places in town to go here. Also 20% of the appetizers weren't available. Gets 3 stars because of excellent waiter.
