    Appetizers were excellent, particularly the warm ricotta and steak tartare. The mains were good, a bit overpriced. The halibut was a little disappointing. Service was very attentive, maybe a bit loud, but very knowledgeable and attentive to food allergies.

    Our service was very attentive, but we felt rushed through our meal. Our entrees arrived before we even had a sip of our cocktails, and while I had wanted to enjoy a glass of wine with my meal, I had to wait to order wine which came as I was mid-way through dessert. The dining room was mostly empty, so we didn’t feel that we were keeping other guests from dining. The food was excellent, just didn’t have the time to enjoy our dining experience. Not worth the expensive meal.

    Food was not impressive it really did not satisfy me or my family restaurant needs a new menu as the current one lacks taste and too expensive and too modern for my taste

    First time eating here. Cool vibe. The food is expensive but it’s Aspen so you expect it. BUT it was excellent so we felt it was worth it. The octopus starter was tender and delicious. The halibut melts in your mouth and the Brussels sprouts side had so much flavor we couldn’t get enough. My husband had the carbonara which he really enjoyed as well (I didn’t try it). We drank wine but the table next to us kept getting these incredibly creative cocktails delivered….think drinks in a bathtub with a rubber ducky, a tub of popcorn, and cotton candy. No idea what they were but we were entertained. Oh and the service was terrific. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    My husband ordered a cocktail and asked for something not sweet, which he was assured it would not be. The drink which arrived was far too sweet, and the waiter cheerfully offered to replace it with a bourbon. The $18 drink was replaced with a $52 bourbon, not revealed to us until the bill came...with both drinks charged! Very poor form indeed.

    The server literally threw our menus. Wasn’t very nice at all. Food came out cold. Spilled water on the table and I had demand they cleaned it up because they would not do it. It overall was so disappointing, because I’m a big fan of Byron from top chef and I was really looking this experience. Betula best in aspen

    Tonight's marvelous dinner and dessert (Ménage À Trois ~ White Chocolate Sphere, Chocolate Cake, Crémeux, Phyllo Dough) were capped off with a lively and fun conversation with Executive Chef Byron Gomez. The dessert was its own experience with the waiter pouring hot caramel over the white chocolate sphere that revealed a beautiful ingredient - the crėmeux. Think of it as a mousse-style chocolate. It is rich, decadent, and it has a luscious flavor. Your palate will be titillated upon the first bite. The staff were professional, jovial, and very courteous. When you look over at someone else's food you'll be wishing your food was already on your table. I didn't drink tonight, but I saw a cloud-like ornament that looked like it was floating over a drink. I've never seen that before. You don't come here only to eat. You come for the experience and the flavor combinations that Chef Byron meticulously creates for us. Me encantó todo!
