   I booked a table for 4, through open table, and had a confirmation in the morning for my booking. The restaurant was closed. We got a taxi to the restaurant, and then noticed that there was sign on the door saying it was closed for an extractor fan issue. We then had to dine elsewhere. Utterly ridiculous that I received a reminder of my booking on the day, and it wasn't even open.

   We have family connections in Italy and we spend a lot of time there but I can honestly say that the pizza at this restaurant is as good if not better than some of the places we go to in Italy. The roasted vegetable pizza is my favourite but they are all excellent and it is incredible value for money. We all highly recommend it

   This is a lovely friendly restaurant where the staff are very pleasant and very attentive. The pizzas are beautiful - the real deal! Starters are also very tasty. Overall the restaurant offers a lovely ambience, great food and wine - all at very affordable prices! I would go back....

   I went to 500 Degrees after a recommendation from a friend. I feel like the venue is heading in the right direction but not quite the finished product yet. The waitresses were friendly but we did not have confidence in the way she took our order (which was proven correct when I got the wrong pizza!) and another pizza took much longer to come than all of the others (the chef literally leaned over his counter to ask my friend what she ordered!). Once the pizzas came, 6/7 of us felt like the dough was a bit too salty. I rarely leave food on my plate but this was one of those times. I have to say, however, that the starters were delicious (garlic bread and an aubergine dish). I think I would try 500 Degrees again in the future and I'm putting the errors in our experience down as a one off.
