   The food is great, they get a bit challenged when they are full from a service perspective but they are friendly and the food and overall experience is worth being patient.

   Had a great time at 49 Social before heading over to see the Nutcracker. Great food and great service.

   We weren't able to sample any of 49 Social's food because we left after waiting 35 minutes for someone to take our order. We had 6 PM reservations on a Saturday before a concert at The Orpheum and were looking forward to trying the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for menus and another 20 after receiving them for someone to take our order. It was even more disappointing that every other restaurant in the area had a 1-hour wait and we ended up in a food court. Won't try again.

   Good food, service was a little off due to a a full compliment of folks going to holiday shows. They need to work on their execution a bit but all and all I would definitely recommend and go back.

   The food was amazing! Chef was kind to accommodate our gluten free diet and change the seafood pasta to seafood risotto for us! Service was nice as well, will definitely come back again!

   We had never been to 49 Social. Our waitress was lively and very sweet. She had a great sense of humor. The food was interesting and very good. Would have liked a more extensive drink menu. Excellent location for Theater, Orpheum, and Downtown. Great vibe.

   Very comfortable place to enjoy a quick meal & drink with a friend. Ambiance of restaurant is lively and noise level was a little loud but not disturbing. We were seated right away for 5:30 reservation. My friend and I both ordered wine and apps with salads as we were not wanting a big meal. My tuna tartare was fresh and spicy but not too flavorful beyond the heat, however the caprese salad was tasty. My friend's shrimp cocktail came with 4 big shrimps as ordered and her beet salad was good. All plates and glasses of wine were reasonably priced and came out in a timely manner. Wait service started out nicely but as restaurant got busy, our waitress came around less and less. Flagging her for another glass of wine took some time as our water glasses were left empty for awhile too. We noticed the nearby table was served a nice platter of bread which we never got and so when we asked, waitress's response was she didn't think we wanted it so she didn't bring us any! We had to wait again, trying to pay our bill. Overall, service went downhill which made for a bad ending impression. My friend and I may not return anytime soon since there are plenty of other restaurants in the nearby area.

   we were vey well impressed with the food quality and presentation, a good wine list with good options at a correct price and finally the service was OK, not great, but I wouldn't say it is an issue, an excellent choice at a very reasonable price. overall a place to go and have delicious food in a good atmosphere

    The food was good but the service was exceptional. The venue was quiet by is was also Election Day.
