From the Farm - Share Plates

All the beef on this menu is from the Fyfe farm. Once a month we receive a cow and use it on a menu! Our spent grain from the brewery is fed to these cows which are brought up by Andy Fyfe on the family farm in Berwick 3806! We use the whole Cow leaving nothing to waste, designing a menu using every cut!
