   We were greeted quickly and seated fast. The host was very charming. We then waited for 10minutes before anyone came to give water or ask if we were asked for orders. The host, James came by and instantly took care of us. We understood there were lots of guests, and were patient. We didn’t need to ask for anyone, James over saw everyone and treated you like you were the only ones he was serving. The servers were all very attentive and made sure we were updated on our food timing as well. We had a lovely meal. Will be back for sure.

   It was my wife's birthday and we had a wonderful dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful and attentive. The food came quickly and we both enjoyed our entrees.

   My wife and I decided to try out the new menu and updated 36 Degrees for my 59th birthday. The menu was not like it was on their website. Lots of items were removed and that was a little bit of a bummer considering that's why we were going. It wasn't very busy when we arrived but by the time we left, it was pretty busy. They did start serving Prime Rib on Thursdays and there were many coming out. We did not try it but next time for sure. My wife ordered the Short Rib (cooked to perfection) with mashed potatoes, the mash was cool/cold. They did make it right very quickly though. I ordered the Chicken Marsala with pappardelle, the chicken and sauce were cooked perfectly. Chicken was nice and juicy and the Marsala sauce was amazing. But the pasta was very hard in spots and chewy in others and not very uniform in thickness. But they did once again take care of the issue in a very professional way. We thank all of the staff for being so nice and we can't wait to try it again!

   Excellent all around. We went for the Thursday prime rib special, which was perfectly prepared with amazing accompaniments. Cocktails are very creative and delicious as well. Best high-end restaurant in Hollister area!

   The restaurant is gorgeous but the buffet food was cold and hard in many stations.

   Start-Finish our first visit to 36 Degrees North was fan-frickin-tastic! Don’t want to name names (you know who you are) but our mixologist behind the bar concocted some fabulous cocktails, the director of food and beverage was a marvelous maître d, our server was super friendly and attentive, and the Executive Chef stopped by the table to check in on us. The food and ambiance are some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Thanks to the entire team (BRAVO kitchen!!!) for such a wonderful service.

   Steak was solid and cooked right. Short rib was a bit dry. Sauce would have hidden that but we don’t like sauces. Bread was warm but some pieces were stale. Service was ok.

    Such a gem! The sirloin, scampi, and mango flatbread were perfectly prepared and delicious. The chocolate cake dessert special was over the top. And, the bartender extraordinaire is a genius. The service is always impeccable. Our compliments to all of the above. Bar none, the best restaurant in San Benito County and the southern Bay Area.
