   Amazing place with amazing food. The host Steve was clearly very proud of his restaurant. As he should be as the service and ambiance of the night was perfect. 10/10

   We didn’t need to be reminding on their rewards and big speech about the place over promised to set them selves to under deliver!!! Food was reasonable only some tables offered the specials!!! drinks offerings limited! Local fish would be preferred, only because their chef has worked with Gordon Ramsey does certainly not make him the best chef around I can name some many good local chefs that offer much better plates of food!!!

   Booked on Open Table for 4.30pm but when we arrived, it didn't actually open until 6pm

   Very disappointing compared to our last visit. Smaller portion sizes, lack of quality yet still charging the same prices!

   A great independent striving to survive in a tough hospitality market . Mother’s Day Sunday lunch so not normally my choice of day to try it out but solved the occasion Day. Ambience energetic as a singer was laid on. Given Mother’s Day many guests were elderly and found it a little loud so couldn’t have a family conversation all that easily Food choice limited to roasts, of which there were four so great choice . Venison was especially excellent and cooked to perfection and had taste. Vegetables were overly heavy on potatoes (roast and mash) and all plated up so no choice to choose volume of veg (meaning some guests wanted more and others found it far too much on their plate for their age and appetite) . Ingredients were fresh and all deserts homemade (a rarity today so quite special) Service good and attentive . Working hard to not just be standard. Overall more expensive than expected for the area and quality but everyone has to cover their costs in these times. Would have loved to have a wider menu choice but I understand on a busy celebration day it’s about meeting demand with ease . Enjoyable. Lovely spot. Just one tip - lose the paper table cloths and will feel less cafe like if restaurant vibe is the goal

   Food lovely, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming, a great host. We were celebrating a birthday and the "birthday boy" got a slice of cake with a candle in, nice touch. We were holidaying in the area but will definitely return when next visiting. Highly recommended.

   Our welcome started with everything they didn’t have … we had high expectations from all the publicity plus a personal recommendation. Claims like “ we have the best chefs in Pembrokeshire “ set a very high bar. Therefore to be told there were no pitta or flatbread based dishes as the delivery was late was surprising as these breads are simple to make … and if you don’t have the “specials “ just wipe off the chalk board. Simple. Generally the food was of a good standard - we both had fish and chips and the fish was excellent . It was however, clear that there is a lack of experience in the running. Tables were empty yet not reset , napkins missing from cutlery sleeves, a “prawn “ cocktail special should have been named “ shrimp” and came missing the thick slices bread given later to another customer .

   This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. The reception and the food excellent. I am certainly coming back. The meal was generous and very good value. Two of us has the seafood spaghetti. Each dish was tailored to our different tastes. Mine hot & spicy, the other creamy. I have already recommend you to a tourist couple. Who I know booked.

    It wasn’t open! I’d been able to book a table on their website, and change the time of the booking. On arrival with a friend the restaurant was closed. I did phone the restaurant who clarified it was closed so I advised changing their website.
