The food at 323 Bistro was surprisingly good considering it is a restaurant in a hotel/casino.

I heard a while back that the restaurant wasn't doing well, but was excited to try it out once I heard they hired a new chef. It did not disappoint! The service was extremely friendly and helpful, despite the fact they accommodated us late, and the food was just what I was looking for with fair prices!
