International flavors abound at 315 Cuisine, where we offer fine dining, a full dinner menu and tapas using fresh and seasonal food. With more than 50 hand-crafted martinis, we use the best natural ingredients for flavors that really pop! Also find great wine, beer, cocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. 315 Cuisine also offers catering. The Greenbriar Inn, built in 1908 where the 315 Cuisine restaurant is located, also offers getaway and elopement packages. It has been totally restored and decorated with an eye to elegant simplicity and comfort with a mix of antique and replica furnishings.

We have been catering in this area for 27 years. We offer a very broad range of choice and a large selection of menus. Our goal is to tailor the menu to your budget and taste. Many recommendations are available upon request. Check our website for details.

During the day we often hold meetings, brunch and lunch, high tea, cooking classes etc. Even weddings. But our restaurant opens mid-afternoon at 3:15 so we try to wrap up private events by 4:00. For smaller groups we do accommodate them in the dining room, but rarely book the entire dining room for private parties during our restaurant hours.

My husband I had been to this establishment before and had a great meal and great service. We decided to make a reservation to celebrate my birthday and my retirement. We don't live in Idaho but we do get there once in a while for my husbands business. We came in and there were 3 servers just standing around because they were slow. The male server told us they are really slow and will draw straws on who gets to serve us. He seated us, then came back and said he drew the short straw and actually looked irritated that he had to serve us. My husband smiled anyways and told the server that it was my birthday and the server looked at me, rolled his eyes and sarcastically said, "Oh, Happy Birthday", then walked away. He came back, got our drink and food order. I ordered a specialty Pear cocktail and I accidently broke a piece of my pear off (not ripe) and it dropped on the floor. Before I could pick it up the server grabbed it, made a noticeably irritated groan and then from that spot chucked it into the garbage can across the room. We finally were served our food which was pretty good. We were not done eating and the server sat our bill down in front of my husband. My husband looked at him and said, "Excuse me, do you have desserts?" The server again looked irritated and spouted them off. We ordered each of us the carrot cake. The server brought us out one small sliver of cake and two forks and sat the plate in-between us. My husband finally said to me, we will just go get dessert elsewhere. We paid the bill and left. When we went back to our hotel through the center of town all of the other restaurants were hopping on this Saturday night. I now know why they were slow and we will never be back and will never recommend this place to our friends or my husbands business acquaintances.

Adam and Ryan provide great customer service. Food was great and the herbal splendor martini is amazing !

We had a wonderful dinner! The pork chop & rib dinners were awesome, as was the crab louie salad & chicken lettuce wraps!! Your restaurant is cozy & the martinis were to die for. What a great place. Thank you!!

This restaurant is in a cool old house, converted into a B&B. We had a nice quiet evening with soft live music and very good food and service. Delicious tapas. I recommend the Empanadas and Stuffed Portobello.

They would have received a perfect score, except that the acoustics contributed to the loudness and we had to speak over others in order to have a conversation with a rabble guest. Otherwise ---perfect! We will definitely be back.

This place is adorable and the food is good! Martinis and specialty drinks are delicious. Service is prompt and welcoming. It's turned out to be my boyfriend and my favorite place when we come to visit his parents!

The 315 is great as always. They make the best drinks in town and the food is always amazing. Staff are friendly and don't rush you so you can dine for hours which is rare.
