   Everything at The Wagner always exceeds my expectations, and that includes the dining experience at 2 West. Our server was incredible and our food was delicious. It's a great quiet spot to have a drink and enjoy a meal with friends, family or loved ones.

   Nice spot - food is very good! Among the 4 of us we had the a ceasar salad, crab cakes swordfish, chicken, the vegetarian dish and the scallops- everyone was very satisfied.

   I have been coming to this restaurant since I moved offices over 2 1/2 years ago. The service is always excellent and the food is always great. Everything tastes very fresh. The bread they bring to start the meal is delicious. I love their Thai salad, cobb salad, salmon and veggie burger. Their coffee is excellent. The restaurant is located in the Wagner Hotel and it is never noisy. When I have to work on a weekend I have come for their brunch and I have to say that their French toast is the best that I have ever had.

   Closed early around us while we were eating (blowing candles, took ours two hours before closing), late service, food was not heated. Bread stuff as rocks.

   I thought this was significantly overpriced. $18 for 3 small slices of a baguette with avocado and red onion on.

    Food and service were both excellent. The chicken under brick was moist and flavorful. While the carrots in the roasted carrots appetizer were delicious, there is an overabundance of ricotta in the dish - not bad necessarily, but the ricotta takes over the dish. Halibut was light and flaky. The waitstaff were quite attentive. Nice option for a quiet dinner downtown.
